Design a communication tool for AIDS prevention which will aid in sex education programs and will promote the use of condoms, raise awareness of their accessibility and encourage safe sex, yet it should not promote increasing one's sexual activity or the number of sexual partners or lowering the age of first sexual intercourse.

The HIV virus can be transmitted only if HIV-infected body fluids by the infected person enter the bloodstream of another person. HIV is mostly transmitted through unprotected sexual intercourse (either vaginal or anal) with someone who is HIV positive. HIV is not transmitted through food or air (for instance, by coughing or sneezing), through sharing eating utensils or bathroom facilities, or through hugging or kissing. Mosquitoes, fleas, and other insects do not transmit HIV.
HIV infection is one of the main public health issues in Europe. Several countries report a rise of HIV infection; most of them are countries of Central and Eastern Europe.
