Although festival is growing fast and becoming important player in the international arena, it is still organised by a group of enthusiasts and friends. Many friends, our bosses, wives, boyfriends (and soon our kids) keep asking us, why are we doing all this as we are already overloaded with daily regular jobs. For all of us it is a hard work and great fun. Building a media, network and playground for new creative generations is the pleasure and joy which give us the energy to enjoy Magdalena over and over.
